Up for Private Auction
Full Body Silicone Matea by Joanna Gomes.
She was first auctioned on ebay but her winner backed out. So Matea is now up for adoption on again.
Email me offers from Nov 30th to Dec8, 2018.
Will allow a layaway for bids over $2200.00US.

This is baby Matea

She is a full bodied silicone baby girl; sculpted by Joanna Gomes.

Matea's body is made in soft Eco 20 silicone and her head is in Eco30. This makes her body EXTREMELY soft and bendable and her head easier to root in need be.

Her silicone was sculpted, molded and poured by the wonderfully talented, Joanna Gomes. It is simply lovely!

Matea's head is ball jointed and can be rotated with ease. When picked up her head must be supported.

This little girl is the Proto-type of an edition #20.
You can now buy both painted and blank kits from Joanna Gomes.
This little girl is a one of a kind Prototype. Simply UNIQUE!!!

Weight: 7lbs 8ozs
Length: approximately  17inches with legs bent.

Matea's mouth has a tongue and gums. She can take a pacifier.
Frequent in and out of a pacifier can rub the paint or silicone at the mouth, causing it to peel. Please be mindful of this.

I have painted her like a real newborn. Her eyebrows have also been delicately painted to look real and wispy like a newborn. I have rooted little tiny baby lashes on her.

I have left Matea's bald as she has the most perfect newborn head.
Here is a video of her body without clothes or paint.

FINISHED ~ Natalie by Izzy Zhao

Here is the information on Natalie's auction

This is baby Na
talie
She is a full body solid silicone baby girl; sculpted by Izzy Zhao from The Baby Nook.
Natalie is the Prototype for Izzy's SOLD OUT edition.
There are no more available as she is now SOLD OUT.
  • This Natalie is made of a very special custom-made blend of super, super soft marshmallow silicone. The incredible Kirstin Englert has poured the edition and Izzy only made 2 in this type of silicone available to the public. This Natalie is the softer of the 2 and I've made a video below for you to see her movement.
  • Weight:
  • Length: approx. 18"
  • Head Circumference:
  •  Natalie has been painted by me, KrisC, from The Dainty Loft. I have studied the art of prosthetic painting and have worked hard to learn and achieve the best paint techniques out there. I use only the very best silicone paints. With this amazing paint, I have given her a beautiful newborn skin tone with mottling and subtle veins. Every inch of her has been painted, made to look like a breathing baby. Tiny details and dewy touches give this little girl a spectacular look. Even her nails have incredible detail.
  • With a final layer of matting, her skin is not shiny or glossy like some silicones. Her matting is STUNNING and she has the softest, silkiest skin EVER!
All of this is an EXTREMELY time-consuming process and is difficult to achieve this look.
Everything you see on this little girl is unique to her. This makes her a one of a kind.
  • Natalie's mouth has a tongue and gums. She can take a preemie pacifier.  She has a magnetic umbilical cord stump that can be removed.

  •  She wears Preemie Clothes (some of the clothes she is wearing in the auction are Newborn Size and a little big but still ooooh so cute!)
  • Natalie's gorgeous head of hair has been rooted by the magnificent Jillian Jade De Cicco. Hours and hours have been spent on her hair. She is micro rooted with dark alpaca straight hair and highlighted with slightly reddish brown mohair at the temples.  It is very fine and soft. Her lashes have also been rooted. A true work of realistic art.

Here is a video of her to see her movement.

  • I would like to say that this baby is made to my interpretation of a newborn. She is not fashioned after anyone else's creation nor is she meant to look like anything manufactured.  Silicone babies are handmade items and really one of a kind. Each one is different and may have, what some may consider, slight imperfections here or there.  I do not consider this a flaw, I consider it a piece of art, original to the baby you see now.  Handmade items are made with love and originality. Therefore, your baby will be unique and genuinely one of a kind for only your arms.
  • I have written an article about silicone, what to expect and the care and maintenance of it. PLEASE READ before bidding. It is important to be educated on the doll your about to buy. Copy and paste the link.
