Sculpt Two
So this time, right from the beginning I wanted to make sure I was building up both sides equally.
So I started with the upper face.
Eyebrows and eyes are my biggest challenge. I figure I block them in first and try and get them as symmetrical as possible for doing anything else. Every time I touch the eyebrows or eyes, I touch something else.
Also, working on the eyes allows me to do and redo a billion times because its not a face yet.. so I am not attached.
So I fell into the same trap again and didnt shape the eyes into the brow. Kept with the almond effect.
Lets try and fix that.
Also this time, its been re-suggested to me that I use a photo of a baby for reference. Ok...
Realising that his forehead looks very alien, I smooth it out some and do some eye fat pad smoothing.
Munching on my hand....
Cottage-cheese head lol
I am loving him. I am not supposed to but i do. I am not supposed to get attached. In case I have to squish and start over or change him... but I do.
I also really love this process of sculpting... from top of the head down.
Here I took out some of the top of his head. Better, I think.
I couldnt figure out what was wrong with him. So I took at break and worked on Three. The I was able to see what was wrong with him and fix it
First can you see it????
Now look
